EULA - End User License Agreement

This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and VIDEO2DOWN with regard to the copyrighted VIDEO2DOWN products, which include computer software, services, the associated media, any printed materials, and any "online" or electronic documentation. Use of any software and related documentation ("Software") provided to you by VIDEO2DOWN in whatever form or media, will constitute your acceptance of these terms, unless separate terms are provided by the Software and services supplier, in which case certain additional or different terms may apply. An amendment or addendum to this EULA may accompany the Product.

Property Term of Use

YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA BY INSTALLING, COPYING, DISTRIBUTING OR OTHERWISE USING THE PROPERTY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE PROPERTY.

This Property is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual Property laws and treaties. Permission is granted to anyone to install, use and/or redistribute and/or modify the Property freely, subject to the following conditions:

- You alone are responsible for your own actions using the Property including software, service and website and in ensuring that your use of the Property is compliant with all applicable laws and are aware that any use which is inconsistent with such laws may render you liable to, among other things, a fine and/or imprisonment.

- The VIDEO2DOWN properties have their individual license agreements. Permission may be granted to anyone to use the property for personal (non-commercial) and/or commercial applications with or without charge. Redistribution and/or modification may be possible if the individual product's license agreement allows you to do so. The origin of this Property must not be misrepresented.

- If you distribute the Property in violation of this Agreement, you agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the Property and its suppliers from and against any claims or lawsuits, including attorney's fees that arise or result from the use or distribution of the Property in violation of this Agreement.

- The Property may transmit data between you and other users or websites to serve its features. All data and information are transmitted anonymously. No personal information is collected or revealed without your permission.

- VIDEO2DOWN reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add to, supplement or delete any of the terms and conditions of this License Agreement where appropriate when VIDEO2DOWN upgrades the Property. If any future changes to this License Agreement are unacceptable to you or cause you to no longer be in compliance with this License Agreement, you may not install, redistribute, modify or use the current or upgraded Property.

THE PROPERTY IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Each Recipient is solely responsible for determining the appropriateness of using and distributing the Property and assumes all risks associated with its exercise of rights under this Agreement, including but not limited to the risks and costs of Property errors, compliance with applicable laws, damage to or loss of data, programs or equipment, and unavailability or interruption of operations.
